My mother and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and everything was absolutely wonderful.What makes this place unique is not only its beauty and breathtaking views, but also its amazing staff. The employees were incredibly kind, friendly, warm, and sincere. They helped us with everything and were always there to support us whenever we had any concerns or were not completely satisfied with something.
If you are planning to visit this hotel, I am sure you will love it. The staff and the atmosphere are amazing; it truly feels like you are part of one big family.There are evening shows, and the young people performing them are absolutely fantastic. They are very talented, and the shows are definitely something you should not miss.the restaurant and kitchen staff are truly wonderful. I would especially like to mention Emad. His service, friendliness, and warm personality were absolutely amazing.He definitely deserves 10 stars!He is a wonderful person, and you can easily contact him directly at the restaurant. He is very respectful, kind, and helpful.There is also Ahmed, Mr. Khaled, the restaurant manager, and all the kitchen staff. They were all amazing. We even took photos with them as memories because they made us feel like we were one big family.And if you come for breakfast, you definitely need to meet the chef with a smile! He prepares omelets with such a beautiful presentation, and his funny jokes will definitely surprise you and make you smile.In my opinion, one of the main reasons this hotel deserves 5 stars is its incredible staff.I would also like to mention Silvanna. Her welcome, help, and support were wonderful. She truly deserves recognition for her hard work. She is very hardworking and professional. If you experience any problem or have any concerns, you only need to speak to her directly, and she will solve everything immediately. Thank you so much for everything. I hope to see you again soon!
For example, at the hotel where we stayed, there could have been 4–5 golf carts. We sometimes found it difficult to walk from the beach to our room under the sun, or to go directly from our room to the restaurant. There were only 2 golf carts, as far as I remember, and I think they were mainly used for check-in and check-out.

Great facilities and a great location.
I would especially recommend asking for Silvana Samir from the Guest Relations team. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely gets things done. Her assistance really made a difference to my stay.
I would rate the hotel 4 stars rather than 5, mainly because the service can be quite slow, although this may be due to the hotel being fully booked.
