The staff are very cheerful (actually JAZ never let me down in this point)
Location is perfectly in the middle of action ( near the lagoon, Dahbeya water museum and safari just step away)
Clean as expected
The food variety wasn’t that much (maybe because they are serving in one restaurant only and the rest is closed)

It was fresh and clean. The staff were amazing. It was better than the pictures. The staff even gave us a happy birthday cake and the cake was DELICIOUS!! The food was great as well. They couldn’t have done more to make our short stay amazing, we will hopefully be returning.
I would recommend in investing in better sunbeds to elevate the aesthetics of pool side and the beach because all other furniture is modern and luxe and the sun beds have seen better days, a black metal frame or wooden with a plush mattress would really make the hotel look even more luxurious and add to the boutique feel.

Food was better than at Jaz Fanara
Easy access to beach
Rooms were clean
Too much smoke
Off shore snorkeling wasn’t very good. Had to take boat to see the fish
Front desk manager was helpful but Osama needs to open his mouth and not mumble. We had to constantly ask him to repeat himself
Most staff need to work on listening to/respecting/acknowledging women
