Amazing location and very professional and friendly staff. They make you feel that you are an important and valued guest.
I also really appreciated that there is no favoritism toward foreigners or locals. Everyone is treated equally and with the same level of respect and care.
Special thanks to:
* Top Management: For creating and maintaining such a great service culture. I know that establishing and implementing this kind of culture takes a lot of effort.
* Reception: Ms. Heba and Mr. Ziad.
* Restaurant & F&B: Mr. Hazem, Mr. Rabiea, and all the other staff. Special thanks to one of the team members at the beach bar who helped me, although unfortunately I don’t know his name.
* All other staff: Thank you to everyone working at the beach, reception, housekeeping, and the gate for their kindness and professionalism.
Overall, a great experience, and I truly appreciate the effort of the entire team.
The staff are very friendly, caring, and attentive. However, sometimes it can feel a little uncomfortable when you feel that everyone is focusing on you. Finding the right balance between good service and giving guests enough personal space is important.
The hotel also needs more shade trees. There are many palm trees, but they do not provide much shade, which makes walking around the hotel in the morning quite difficult, especially when the sun is strong.
The food also needs more variety, especially compared with other 5-star hotels. The grill section, in particular, should offer more options than just two items.

Fatima and husam are both very nice people and help us a lot.
We enjoyed the stay, the room, view, food, all are pertfect.
