A very clean accommodation in a convenient location close to the train station and other amenities. Habib, the new manager, was very friendly, attentive to all requests and made me feel at home.

The room was quiet as we had requested, at the back of the property, and the bed was comfortable so we had a good night's sleep. The room was clean and toiletries were provided. Habib was very helpful and friendly.
The location is great: a quiet street but near the station and not far from the city centre.
The kitchen was pretty basic - no crockery or cutlery apart from one spoon. It would be nice to have a few more glasses/bowls/spoons for those who want to have breakfast.

The hotel was located within the immediate vicinity of the main Railway Station in Cambridge.
Check-in was contactless, but was effective, with the door codes sent prior to arrival. The room cleanliness was passable.
The room was covered in dust, which I presume is from the noisy portable AC unit provided (which required an external hose to be placed by the window). The facilities stated laundry machines, but these have now been retracted by the new owners, but had not updated the booking info.. An iron was provided but no ironing board. A bottle of water was provided, but no cups in the room. A makeshift pantry was available where tea bags, paper cups, kettle was positioned and a vending machine. The toilet was highly compact, with the user having to squeeze around the sink and toilet. The overhead showerhead created a useless spray, and the alternative handheld showerhead was defective. The TV remote did not match the TV set and so was unusable. Noise easily spread throughout the building due to the thin door.
