This was our third visit to the hotel since 2024 and is our preferred hotel in Lappeenranta. Excellent location - close to a beautiful lake, public transport and the city centre. Room is well maintained. The European Breakfast is very good. Staff are always ready to help.

The rooms, breakfast, location of the accommodation, and generally the facility is excellent. We appreciated the stay very much and in fact, when they learned that we are checking out 5:30AM, they offered take away breakfast. Very nice.

Good location (close to the lake and a lunch restaurant), recently renovated sauna, balcony
The room wasn't properly cleaned, there was a lot of dust everywhere: in the corners of the floor, on the coffee table and night stands, under the bed, on the chairs and the table on the balcony... There were burned out lightbulbs in the bathroom and at the bed. The cleaning service were only very young people, probably students. We complained about everything on our second day and the receptionist was very sorry about it, but further than that, nothing happened ( we stayed six nights). The breakfast is very basic with some sparks. There are not a lot of facilities and you have to pay extra for using the sauna in afternoon and evening.
The hotel is located next to the main road and the zebra with a beeping semaphore.
