Upon arriving at this hotel, we were genuinely impressed. We were welcomed warmly, helped promptly, and the staff were simply charming. We were shown to our room and made to feel completely at ease — the welcome was as warm as the place itself, which was utterly charming
When asked what I didn't like, I genuinely have to think hard. The only fault I can find is that my stay came to an end far sooner than I would have liked — I could happily have stayed longer.

Vegetarian food wasn’t as fresh as I would have expected. Salad was limp, bread was stale.

Breakfast fine but an extra £16.95 pp on top of a top price anyway, particularly as against others in the group, was disappointing
See above re breakfast. Bathroom facilities poor. Shower head on bath mixer not working properly. Carpet grubby.Main shower too small even for moderate size person to turn and had no hand utility, only overhead . Appeared Deluxe room just meant largish and pretty old fashioned☹️
