For what is worth for the price I've paid I got a more that decent stay for a night in Kolozsvár. Very large room with AC and a large bathroom, a more than decent breakfast, good wi-fi and free parking on spot. Hotel reception staff was really nice! A good place to stay!
Some parts might look like being worn out, but nevertheless, wasn't such a big issue.

The hotel is situated nicely and the breakfast was good. It's got that oldschool Eastern European feel to it.
There was a lot of noise from outside, mainly because of all the generators and airco's next to the window. The electricity was hanging loose on the walls, it didn't feel very safe.
