Booked a room for a family member and really liked the interaction with the staff. Very amiable, with clear directions.
Could order some beverages from the restaurant, like coffee and water, without much fuss. Liked that availability.
Impressed by the modern digital locks with passcodes.

Great room for a solo traveller. Very affordable considering I stayed during Untold. The room was spacious and clean with a double bed, decently sized wardrobe, TV, and dressing table. The air conditioning was perfect given the hot weather.
The room was probably in need of some modernising, but this didn't affect my stay at all.

The staff was nice.
The room wasn’t really clean, the sink, and bathroom overall, were pretty dirty.
The bed’s mattress were different, 2 of them were okay, but one was really bad. The linens were just okay, one of the pillow cases was broken.
