Dies ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort, der sich für jede Art von Zur-Ruhe-Kommen, Detox oder dergleichen eignet. Die Gastgeber erfüllen nach Möglichkeit alle Wünsche, man muss nur Bescheid sagen. Das Frühstück und das Dinner sind abwechslungreich, immer frisch zubereitet (auch das Brot!) mit regionalen Zutaten. Ich war 10 Tage dort, meist der einzige Gast. Mein Zimmer mit Balkon war sehr groß mit großem Bad. Man hat einen schönen Blick durchs Tal. Die Terrassen sind groß und gut möbliert, überhaupt gibt es viel liebevolles Dekor überall.
Aber das Beste sind Brahim und Andrea! Was für wunderbare, zugewandte und interessante Menschen!
Andrea ist Reiki-Meisterin und behandelte erst mein verletztes Knie, später kam Shadow-Work dazu. Alles überraschend, ohne Mätzchen, nachhaltig wirkungsvoll und sehr kostengünstig.
Brahim zeigte mir den Souk und das Internet-Café in Asni, empfahl mir Ausflugsziele (Wochenmarkt in Ijukak war ein Highliht), brachte mich nach Asni zum Sammeltaxi, organisierte eine Henna-Künstlerin, die meine Hände bemalte. Infos über Geschichte und Kultur gibt es dazu.
Man sollte wissen, dass das Internet in diesem Tal schwach ist (Filme in Asni herunterladen), aber der Vorteil ist, dass man selbst gut abschalten kann (nicht nur den PC) und bald ruhiger wird. Ein Ort, um auch mal nur zu sein!
Heißes Wasser gibt es morgens und/oder abends, am besten Bescheid sagen (mein Zimmer lag am Ende der Leitung).
Manchmal bellen nachts die Hunde in der Umgebung, aber man wird vorgewarnt und bekommt Ohrstöpsel ;)
Im März war es morgens und abends noch kühl, aber es gibt jede Menge Wolldecken zum Einkuscheln.

What a gem! Brahim and Andrea were so welcoming and hospitable. The food (all home-cooked, some home-grown and wherever possible locally sourced) was delicious. The views were absolutely stunning - we walked a few miles up the only road (behind the property) and found ourselves in the clouds, with Toubkal towering over us. All-in-all, a fantastic, homely place to stay run by lovely people.
It was late December, very cold outside (the riad is just below the snow line) and the bedroom could have been a bit warmer; but we knew what we were letting ourselves in for...
