Hôtel pitoyable comparé aux photos sur site

Très grande difficulté à régler la douche la literie complètement déformé propreté à revoir

Le fait de devoir payer 13€ le petit déjeuner alors qu'il y a franchement pas grand chose et de payer 0.50€ la dosette de café

Advertised as air conditioner but only during the day. At night room was very hot and stuffy making sleeping very difficult.

The room is large. It is rather an two-room apartment. For us it was way too much space. There was a huge terrace, a living room with a small kitchen, relatively good bedroom and a toilet separate from the bathroom. The bedroom has a lot of light as well as the rest of the apartment.

It was noisy, really noisy. At first the neighbors had a party, but it was hard to identify from which direction. Then, above the apartment there was some electric motor turning on and all all night. Perhaps it was the AC, but it was really annoying. The tiles on the floor in the apartment are not the best option in my opinion.

Friendly staff and a great value for money

Very friendly staff, breakfast had good variety of food and drinks. The location of the hotel is great with a metro and bus stations nearby. We were given a studio with a beautiful view overlooking the Notre Dame de la Garde. Overall a great place to stay and a good value for money.

The temperature in the studio we stayed in was a bit too hot but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working.

Pretty good, clean and close to metro

Breakfasts - good (no vegetables, though). Wifi: stable. Rooms: very clean. Metro: 5 mins from. Reception staff. Kitchenette. Sound proof. Easy to reach the place.

Coffee machine: no samples to make coffee ) Toilet: very old style, btw separate room. Security deposit: 100 EUR (not mentioned when you book). No tool to open wine.

Maybe not bad hotel for several night to save the budget. Photos is nicer than in real life)

- Kitchen to prepare, everything for cooking food (stove, several pots, pan), kettle, coffee maker. - Supermarket Carrefour in 1 minute. - Metro and all busses 3 minutes - Clean in the room - A lot of towels, soap, washing gel for a couple of days - Very pleasant managers on recaption (we asked to change the room, they help us)

- Very dirty in in the corridors - Old, thin doors, everything is very audible from the corridors (people, elevator) - Fist room was with strong smell of cigarettes (ask the room with balcony better) - Bathroom and toilet are rather old - Very loud if the windows face the street. It is better to ask that the windows face the inside (garden, houses). - Near the hotel is very dirty (it’s not the hotel territory) and some bad guys always staying

Although Check In experience could have been better, overall the stay was good and I will recommend.

Nice Central Location, Good Value for Money. 24 Hour Reception Desk is a plus.

I had an email prior to arrival that I would be allowed to Check In earlier.. At least the email I got gave me that impression as the email contained Check In time 10-11 AM confirmed. But the Staff at Reception wouldnt recognise the email and only allowed me to Check In at the usual time of 3 PM. To be fair, the initial message from the staff did say they can only keep the luggage and not allow earlier check in. But the subsequent email said my request was confirmed, hence I thought I would be allowed to Check In earlier. So probably a clearer email would have been helpful. But not a huge minus though!

A smart, clean and comfortable hotel at a fair price!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and ideal for my short break in Marseille. Good location being a very short distance from Perier metro station.

The key card door lock entry system to my room was a little temperamental
