Clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and friendly staff.
I’m not a fan of walk-in bathrooms since they are not that private.
The room got very hot in summer. Air conditioning would have helped.

Good location close to Kü´damm and local restaurants/pubs. Modern well-cleaned rooms. Tasty breakfast.
The service spirit of the staff was mixed. A welcoming smile and an occasional hello is usually basic and enough to raise guest-ratings.

Excellent staff - very helpful. Top class clean -excellent. The breakfast is early and was great. Overall we are regular visitors in Berlin and will book again.

Cleaning was good and also the housekeeping members are really good and friendly everyday they came and cleaned all room change the bedsheets.
Breakfast is not really good nothing was fresh on it and cost expensive
