Near the station. Good for Bologna with flixbus

The service and attitude are wonderful, the location is excellent, however,

The fittings in the room are lacking, such as a shelf for toiletries above the sink in the bathroom, a shelf for toiletries in the shower instead of the plastic pocket, a rack for towels, and chests of drawers next to the bed.
