What a great hotel with amazing helpful staff. Good location as a taxi ride into Siena was only €15. The most beautiful pool and our apartment was excellent

The hotel has large grounds with many separate apartments so you get privacy. Nice sized apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Good aircos especially when combined with a fan. Very nice pool that was never too busy. Easy access to Siena by car. Huge Coop 5mins away.
Our apartment was very dark as the living room had no outside window. Only the bedroom had a window to the outside.
The sun beds have very small shades but you could ask for extra umbrellas. The umbrellas provided were very small (stroller umbrellas) and once the sun moved you had to constantly reposition them. We had a 4 month old baby and sun shade was essential for us so this was problematic. We would recommend setting up real umbrellas as these are required in 36 degrees weather.

Location is central though there aren't any views in comparison to other similar hotels. It is close to the centre and you can drive to most places. Parking is good too.
The breakfast is not a buffet type and you need to order it the night before by 20:00. This is very inconvenient as if you are away from the hotel you are mostly likely not able to order it in time. This happened to me so I literally had to drive away from the hotel to find a place. This might be an inconvenience when you are travelling. Also, the hotel does not have a restaurant which is also inconvenient if you are travelling on business.
