Wide range of choice at breakfast.
the location is perfect near the port for boat trips and 7 minutes walk (uphill) to the main area where tours pick up.
Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The room was spacious and towels replaced every day
only minor things ............................ these wouldn't stop us from staying her again......The bin wasn't emptied some days and we had to ask the desk for shower gel even after leaving the empty bottle on the floor to make it clear to the room cleaner we needed it refilling.
The safe in the room locked but was not secured and the receptionist laughed at us when we mentioned it.
reception arranged an airport transfer and I was told 25€ but after changing the time (in advance) i was charged 35€, I was not informed of this until I got to the airport!!!!

The hotel is very comfortable. The Deluxe double room was spacious, and the open wardrobe system ( no annoying doors) was so practical. Everything was very clean.
It was extremely hot during our stay. At the hotel the air conditioning worked nicely. Only the gym room was too hot, which was a pity. Furthermore I didn't like the loud pop music in all the common areas, but that is a personal opinion.

The location
There was an electricity problem in the room. You could not switch off the lights without switching off the whole electricity system of the room. Unpractical to charge phones.
