The location and the unique style
Of the hotel which is well curated and enhance the sardinian traditions. It’s surrounded by nature and at the same time is in one of the prettiest little town of costa smeralda
Breakfast finish too early, at 10am. When you are on holiday you want to be flexible and allow people to sleep slightly more. They didn’t even allowed to bring a juice in the room

Very unique and beautiful property with traditional feel complemented by modern facilities. Overall we had a fantastic stay here and loved the town of San Pantaleo - was a perfect base to explore the north of Sardinia
Our initial room with balcony looked onto a vacant lot with construction materials and was relatively dark with reference to the photos provided in our booking
We were able to move rooms after paying for an upgrade an additional(€200) - after paying for this upgrade, the new room is what we expected for the price of our initial room. However, we did appreciate the staff being accomodating of our request
The air conditioning did not work in our upgraded room for c. 24 hours on a 34° day which did not allow us to sleep comfortably - we had to sleep with all windows open which left us exposed to mosquitos and the sound of the street. The staff could only offer an apology and did not seek to offer any complementary services or partial refunds as we have seen as standard at other hotels.

I really liked the building and the location, as it was located on the hill. The pool looks amazing and the view is very nice.
The room smelled bad, it was not ventilated at all. It was small and it seemed outdated. The blanket also looked old. But the biggest problem was the ants. We had a lot of ants in the room, it was very annoying.
