Piero e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolti calorosamente. Il loro vino è buonissimo e lo si apprezza maggiormente con questi taglieri vegetariani buonissimi. Gentilezza e disponibilità anche di tutto il loro personale. Gli animali sono la coccola in più con la loro dolcezza e simpatia.

El entorno del alojamiento es muy bonito, rodeado de viñas y animales.
Su ubicación es muy buena.
El apartamento era amplio.
Detallo los motivos por los que no puntúo con 10:
- El servicio del personal me pareció frío y no mostraban mucho interés por los clientes. El día de la llegada avisamos que llegaríamos un poco tarde y no se preocuparon de contactar, darnos instrucciones para acceder a la habitación, ni siquiera nos dieron el código para acceder. Al día siguiente se disculparon por este error. En el desayuno te sirven al principio, pero luego ya no se preocupan por preguntarte si falta algo o si quieres alguna otra cosa.
- No tienen wifi en las habitaciones, solo en el área de recepción, algo que me parece inapropiado. Además en la descripción de Booking.com indican que cada habitación tiene wifi.
- Te dan un apartamento equipado con cocina, y te ponen un cartel diciendo que no puedes usarla. Inapropiado también.
- El apartamento era amplio, pero requería un poco de mantenimiento (por ejemplo había cajones con los asideros rotos), tenia un aparato de aire acondicionado muy pequeño para enfriar todo el apartamento, y algunos detalles como ser una estancia para 4 personas y en la mesa del salón solo había 2 sillas.
Con un poco de mantenimiento de las habitaciones, wifi y un servicio más atento, sería de 10.

No window at room, we have made reservation as on Booking it was information that they have good restaurant, but problem was that restaurant was closed all the time. For hot water we had to wait 10 minute. Also floor in the bathroom was all the time full of water.
