Very convenient. Perfect location right in the center of town. Bus from Bergamo stops right in front. Just a three minute walk to the spa. Love the location on the riverfront. Room was clean and updated, with a modern bathroom. Absolutely loved the balcony with mountain and spa view. Very peaceful. I like the sound of the water from the fountain and the garden views. Lovely lobby. Very nice cafe/bar on bottom floor. Very pleasant spot to sit with a tea and watch the world go by. The interior design of the ground floor is really beautiful. Hopefully all the rooms can be updated with similar care. Very good experience overall. I would stay here again. Hopefully, I’ll be back soon!
Inconsistent. Some rooms are nice and updated, others are decidedly not. Could use a proper cohesive makeover. Some areas have old, stained and torn carpet. My room was nicer than my friend’s room, even if the grey design of mine was uninspiring. Because of these inconsistencies, I would recommend to always book a suite or superior room. Pet peeve is the lack of bathrobes. Why not add this? Especially since it would be a minor addition and would go a long way in raising the experience of the visitor. Lastly, too many sweets at breakfast. I would prefer tomato, cucumber and more fresh fruits. I know this is not very Italian, but it is rather standard at Italian hotels of a certain level. Staff was fine, but I’ve encountered nicer in some parts of Italy. Overall, complaints are minor. Still worth a stay for 2 nights if you’re visiting the spa. Save money by staying here and get a massage at the spa! Get the upgraded room to ensure a nicer experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very close to the spa, which was perfect because the main purpose of our trip was to visit QC Terme. All the food and pastries in the café were excellent, and the room had everything we needed. We stayed in a beautiful Liberty-style room and loved its atmosphere.
The only downside was that there was no fridge in the room. However, the reception staff kindly offered to store our items in another refrigerator, which was very helpful.

Location was fantastic. And the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also great being right next to a cafe and restaurant. The overall property and my room were clean and well maintained.
The lack of air conditioning or a fan necessitated keeping windows open at night which allowed for noise disturbance from outside.

We stayed few times in the hotel located in a central area and with nice caffe on the ground floor .
Service is kind and restaurant located right outside the hotel is convenient.
Unfortunately this time room was located in an old area of the hotel with difficult access and two elevator change and corridor walk.
Very old fashioned room and uncomfortable.
Hope will be renovated soon .
Value for money not good for this type of room.
