We stayed at this accommodation for three days and had a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Yakov (I hope I’ve spelled his name correctly!) for being so professional, helpful, and friendly. He was always happy to answer all our questions and made sure all our needs were met.
The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The accommodation is in a great and safe location, with easy access to the Old Town, restaurants, and shops. It was also very convenient to get to and from Bergamo/Milan Airport.
We would definitely recommend this accommodation without hesitation and would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! Olga

Excellent location. Exceptionally helpful staff. Well curated property with very comfortable bed and excellent shower. AC works well in high summer temperatures. Charming balcony and grounds out of the apartment at back of the property. Very recommendable.
Slight problem with fit of front door key but hope this will be addressed for that set of keys.

Beautiful apartment style hotel with friendly staff and necesseties included in the room. Were happy we were able to use the iron board :) Also great location between old and new city, everything was a 15 min walk away
The hotel offers breakfast for 12 euros, however the options are limited, mostly sweet treats. On the other hand, the staff was caring during breakfast, which improved our experience a lot

I didn’t take breakfast in either day. As for the location, I was expecting that the premises would be *inside* the Venetian walls, within the perimeter of Bergamo’s Città Alta. Though is not far from one of the gates into the old city, the walk to its entrance gate is VERY steep—and it took about 18 minutes walking up steep alleyways to reach Piazza Vecchia, the core of old Bergamo.
The location above all, but also the temperature inside the room.
