Train station 4 minutes walk.
Comfortable bed.
Clean communal spaces with fridge, coffee machine. One induction ring if needed.
Drop off if luggage was available.
Take ear plugs - the traffic, cleaning streets, emptying bottle bins went on throughout the night.
The corridor was very dark and the light switch didn't glow, so we left a light on all night.

Excellent location. Less than 10 minutes from train. Three minutes from bus to airport. 20 minutes to funicular. Nice, safe neighborhood with historic interest. We're glad we stayed in lower city. Excellent communication with host who responded to my many questions right away - one of the best ever. The room was ready so we were allowed to check in early. Self check-in Instructions were excellent! We were given instructions for accessing the free luggage storage room - a big plus! Room was plain but very clean, spacious, and accessible by elevator. It matched the description. Nice to have a shared kitchen area.
I don't normally reserve a room with shared bathroom but ourvother rewuirements were more important. The shared bathroom was indicated in the description so I don't think it's fair to lower the rating for this. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms for the 4 (I think) rooms on the floor. It may be lacking some other facilities not important to us. We were happy with what we got.

Very simple and clean room. The location is very nice and near the train station.
It was a bit hot and we could not open the window without a mosquito biting us :( so they could use some insect mesh

The location is fantastic, right in the center of the lower town, easy to reach both on foot, by train, bus, and car.
The apartment itself is pretty big, with lots of space for everyone.
The owners were mostly quick to answer when messaged to.
It was dirty. I found multiple pieces of food on the floor (onion peel, chunk of bread, various nuts, lots of dust both on the floor and on the forniture) and the duvets had stains to the point where some people did not use them to cover themselves. Also one room had a strong smell of cigarettes.
I had to message the owners to ask for it to be cleaned, sending them pictures of the place, and they sent a person to clean the place a few hours later. This person only cleaned the floor though, and there was still lots of dust on the forniture, and stains on tables, and so on.
I asked to change the reservation from 10 to 12 people and they accommodated it, but I had to keep checking in with them every week before everything was set up accordingly. The toiletries provided were for 8 people instead of 12.
The freezer (locked with keys) was constantly leaking, so much so that we had to place a couple of sponges to stop it from leaking all over the kitchen floor.

"The apartments are situated on a very central place, with many places for breakfast, lunch and dinner, on a walking distance from Bus and Train Station of Bergamo. It was very clear and comfortable."
