Friendly staff and location was perfect. Cute visit by Simon the Seagull.
It's all a bit tired. Ivy over grown on the windows. Tape on the hall carpets. Leaks repaired but not painted.
No cooked breakfast available. Did know that when booking. Glad we didn't have any mobility issues as on 4th floor with very wonky floors and stairs.

Poor. The Orange Juice was undrinkable. The Croissants were in a plastic bag and soft.
The Yogurts were fine.
Missed having the cooked breakfast we had before when we stayed. The substitute breakfast was no way a replacement. The breakfast was poor.
The Hotel is in need of a full Refurbishment. The lady on reception was really excellent. We are both disabled and she was able to relocate us to a second floor room with a view of the park area . We both slept very well. Thank you to your lady receptionist.
