location was great near the beach, pier walking distance to shops room was nice but didn't have breakfasts
bath had no water water no hot water for a bath so did try byt soon as you turn tap on no water after 2 mins tried every day nothing had to boil water from kettle just to wash did speak to reception on the Thursday said i could change room but too late in the time i was their .as i dont cope with changes very well

Central location in a charming building, facing the green and right by the seafront. Rooms had a lovely view with comfortable beds the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and were very happy with our stay overall!
