Mark is an outstanding host, nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was very nice, room was comfy and clean, modern bathroom and shower, excellent facilities in the room, really made you feel really welcome. All in all a relaxing and pleasant stay. Thankyou.

The breakfast was really good. The location was the best I could find and afford on those dates.
You may want to check your ability to deign a survey questionnaire; it doesn't have the subtlety to recognise that individual aspects can contradict an overall experience - too many variables that a sledge hammer questionnaire cannot account for.
You should also perhaps consider removing the patronising comments.
Here's a good example: - I didn't like the long walk to and from the front but that is not something that can be changed
