Proximity to Hyde Park and the Lancaster Gate tube station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The shower drain was clogged by hair, I had to clean it so the water would drain.

The location was brilliant but most importantly the staff were so extremely friendly and helpful
Nothing was too much for them to accommodate me especially with tour bookings and helpful suggestions on getting around in London
Had breakfast included, a room upgrade, earlier check in which was wonderful after travelling for over 24 hours
The room was a little noisy but I think that was more because other people staying didn’t realise how sound travels at night

Room was a reasonable size, had air con which was great given the outside temps were high. Room had an en suite shower room, shower was good with decent pressure cubicle was a little on the smaller side but all was clean. Hairdryer was excellent and there were tea and coffee facilities and a room safe, luggage storage and clothing hanging rails. They allowed us to check in early as they had a room available, free of charge and offered us a complimentary breakfast one morning of our stay at no additional cost.
Couldn't fault the room or hotel the staff were lovely.
