It is clean and comfortable, my room was air-conditioned and the wifi was good. It is located in a nice area next to the Marais, and within walking distance of Notre Dame, with nearby Metro link to Gare du Nord. Although minimalist the comforts exceeded my expectations.
There was no wardrobe and the clothes hangers covered the mirror when I hung a jacket and shirts.

Good location with loads of amenities around.
There was a buzzing sound every few minutes, may have been the airconditioning or some other system, which kept me awake. There was also a bar at the street level with very loud football fans, so had to wait until that was done until I could fall asleep.
