Close to the motorway, clean and comfortable. Our dog was made to feel very welcome. Perfect for breaking up our journey from Calais to our holiday destination.
Nothing major but would have been nice to have one English speaking news channel on the tv. Maybe more tea/coffee in the room.

The location is excellent, very quiet and so well situated to hop on to the Autoroute.
The food was cooked well and presented beautifully. The room and en-suite were very clean. Staff are welcoming, polite and helpful.
The bedroom and en-suite are so tired. The bed wasn’t super comfortable and the en-suite is basic. Also disappointed not to have a starters buffet - one of Campanile’s USPs.
Staying in a recently refurbished room at the Alençon Campanile a few days earlier was so different. Little touches make a big difference - king-size bed, more comfortable mattress, wall-mounted, large flat screen tv, extra towels, upgraded toiletries etc
