No interaction with staff at all. We arrived after hours so there was a code box and then we never saw anyone for the rest of our stay. The photos in the facilities do not match which was a shame.
The location was further away from town than indicated in the adverts. Didn’t like that we didn’t see any staff. Didn’t like that the unit was dated.
