I may have been upgraded from my booked single, to a Twin. Thanks for that! Room 101 is in the front of the building - and right next to a small "comfort" zone with a sofa and coffee machine, Microwave and kettle - for common use. I was there on a Friday night, but there was nobody else using that area, and no noise from the street, despite leaving the (tiny) veranda doors open! Bed and mattrass was wonderfully firm and shower was decent. LEAVING your BAGGAGE - ask reception in the morning for a set of keys. There are two HUGE cupboard spaces, right opposite room 101. 1 for the locker and 1 to let you back in! The lady said I could use it all day! Location is exactly half-way between the train and bus stations. All the recent of the Merida attractions are also under 10-15 mins away.

Not a complaint, but the "fridge" in the room is much too small AND much too loud to be of any real use! It would make more sense to have a regular size fridge in the common area?

I liked the staff, she was very helpful giving us lots of information (where to park for example) and making the check in very easy because we arrived very late at night.

This is a delightful small hotel and is great value for money.

In suite bathroom.

No outside window. There was a window from room into hallway, in the bathroom that connected to a small interior courtyard, but lacked light. Very small. Hard bed. No hooks to hang clothes.
