On the ground floor and easy access to the car.
The size of the second room was small and the bathroom the same. The wash basin was so small, it was hard to use without splashing water on the floor. The shower could be updated with a fixed and hand held shower head.
The floor of the room was sandy and did not look like it had been vacuumed. The previous occupant had made tea by putting a tea bag into the kettle. This was not cleaned up by house keeping. The kettle should be boiled with vinegar and water, to get rid of internal stains. Insufficient cupboard and storage space for clothes, especially if one is on a long stay.
