Everything is very well managed and exceptionally taken care of. Special thanks to the property manager who came to meet us and made us feel like home, absolutely wonderful person.

Private beach was awesome.
Beautiful property in general, well maintained with great ambiance.
6:30am-6:00pm breakfast is amazing. Never had this at another hotel but it made it so easy to plan excursions with early morning itineraries
2 things I’d caution to those who want to stay at the Sarojin.
1. Location is tough without a car. It’s not in Grab Food distance from pretty much any restaurant, there’s like 1-2 but often hard to get a delivery driver. So if you don’t have transport into Khao Lak, you better be okay only eating at the hotel restaurants.
2. Staff are mostly helpful but 1-2 weird experiences. We had room service ordered with two mistakes, we brought it up to the team (not a big deal or anything) and we pretty much just got a “okay cool” which I thought was strange.

Boutique unique experience
Not a true 5 star, staff is nice but not professional. At breakfast the girl seemed a bit combative and pool guys could be a bit more polished with their responses.
