Room, pool, breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, great atmosphere.
Wonderful effort made by staff to welcome us back & a lovely box of chocolates when we checked out of hotel.
Bed is slightly hard, but still comfy enough.
We asked & got a contour pillow but it’s passable, as not a good one.
I suggest that although it is not your responsibility, you should consider a clean-up of the beach area either side of the hotel, as there were a lot of discarded plastic bottles washed onto the beach.

The property is well kept, and very clean.
The beach is wonderful and quiet, with free comfortable sofas, bicycle, boogie and surf boards, etc.
The hotel also includes a deli, chocolate shop, several restaurants, a fitness center, and a wonderful well equipped gym.
The rooms are very spacious, clean, and quite.

Amazing hotel, excellent staff, incredible facilities, and great restaurants. Overall, everything was perfect,
one issue that significantly affected our vacation.
During our stay, there were two private events at the hotel with loud music and noise, which was very disruptive and made it difficult for us to fully enjoy our stay.
In addition, some of the hotel’s restaurants were closed due to these events, which was also disappointing.
I believe guests should be informed in advance if private events are scheduled during their stay, including the potential impact on noise levels and the availability of hotel facilities and restaurants. Guests should then be given the choice to decide whether they still want to stay at the hotel or make alternative arrangements.
