The resort itself: heavenly space, very tropical and lush, beaming with life and wild animals, beautiful beach front. The Spa pool and the gym are PERFECT. GREAT water pressure in the room. Solid Tom Kha Gai Soup and pancakes.
The restaurant options (Thai resto was closed the entire stay). The bacon at breakfast. No tennis coach available. TV in the room is outdated, too many sport channels.

Total lack of advice on restaurants, transport arrangements, Khao Lak visits etc. - no information on anything not directly foreseen by and within the hotel

Very nice location with a perfect beach
The club is pretty dated and in need of a serious renovation.
The club concept for kids and teens is only offered during the German holidays. This was a big disappointment for many families with children. Even as the club was only half booked there were lots of teens and smaller children from other European countries as well as Asia. No effort was made by the entertainment staff for children. The Robinson club concept DNA of fun and entertainment does not hold true for this club. Hence not advisable for families with children out side German holidays.
