Beautifully maintained, family friendly resort with a stunning beach and great service. Our room was very comfortable, food at the resort was of good quality and there was plenty to do for our 2 year old son.
It’s away from the main Khao Lak centre, but there was a shuttle bus that we used a couple of times and getting a taxi back to the resort was very easy as well. Also, though the resort family friendly it didn’t feel like a typical family resort in its aesthetic or the offering of foods and activities, which we appreciated.
The walkways by the fish ponds need more secure railings - the gaps are very wide and not safe for toddlers who are keen to look at and feed the fish.
The golf carts going back and forth got a bit annoying, it would be great to have separate paths for pedestrians vs golf carts.

We loved this hotel! The staff, facilities, kids club and activities - all fantastic. They kindly upgraded us which was such a treat. The beach is beautiful and so quiet! It's a big hotel, with lots of guests but rarely felt busy. Would highly recommend. The animals were my children's favourite - with huge thanks to the kind man that works there who gives the kids food to feed the animals, a real highlight!
The location has both its benefits (quiet, beautiful beach - noone trying to sell you anything or jetskis etc) but also means you can't just walk out of the hotel and go to a 7/11 or multiple restaurants. As long as you know this and don't want to be in the hustle of somewhere like phuket, then it's great.

The staff are very helpful. Cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast buffet offers excellent choices. Walking through the resort grounds feels like walking through a rainforest. God willing, if I return to Phuket, I will certainly come back here. Thank you to all the staff.

- Mattress and pillows are super comfortable.
- The room was quite nice.
- Breakfast provides a good choice of food.

I chose this hotel because of good feedback, and i saw the nice kids area on the pics, but in reality, we like below:
- Dirty common area.
- Strong smell of urine in all toilets of hotel (room, restaurants, reception)
- Food at the beach restaurant is not tasty and expensive. Staff made several mistakes with order. We were trying to have dinner in the main restaurant where was Thai buffet, but it was the poorest buffet I've ever seen. So we had to eat again in the beach restaurant.
-Kids aqua zone very "tired", staff in food track is not friendly. Kids club is small, there is nothing to do there and smell also is not nice.
- The worse think to my opinion was color of white towels in the room, they were so yellow/ brown, like they were used for floor washing before. It was disgusting 🫣.
