Der Strand direkt am Hotel ist ein Traum. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in khao lak.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem ist es sauber und schön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool Zugang und das war wirklich toll, da die Kinder jede freie Minute im Pool verbringen konnten.

Das Frühstück ist nicht gut. Die Restaurants für thailändische Verhältnisse überteuert.

Well looked after, extremely comfortable and very relaxing

The size of the rooms are above average. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were above and beyond. The little things worked so well e.g. a buggy services from room to any part of the hotel

they either need to 2nd bar or the pool bar needs to open a little later

Nixe enough hotel but would rate 3 stars only

That is backed onto the local community village

cleanliness was an issue, the evening entertainment was only for the kids club and it was a 20 minute taxi into town.

Very unsatisfactory

The location

We paid for a pool access room and due to poor maintenance, the pool was full of algae for almost a week and we were unable to use therefore should only have to pay for a standard room. I have since asked for a partial refund and am waiting for a response which I hope will be actioned as soon as possible. We have stayed here before and will never stay here again.

Relaxing and lovely

Facilities were excellent, resort is beautiful and staff were amazing

Pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable, bath/shower is poorly designed and not all facilities were open

Simply amazing

I liked that they had variety of food to choose from for breakfast. I didn't mind the location even though it was 1.5hours drive from the airport, definitely worth it. Also, I appreciate that the resort provides free mini bus ride to the local markets, even though I was one passenger they still drove me to the markets regardless.

On check out I found out that one of the customer's had found a small sneak in their room. I'm just lucky I didn't experience that. Otherwise, overall I was happy with my stay. Definitely relaxing gateway place from big city, noise and all.

Photos deceiving as most of hotel closed and location very isolated

Rooms were spacious & comfortable, staff were friendly.

Hotel was 90% closed, very quiet and isolated location. Pictures online are totally deceiving as most of the hotel/resort os closed and there are very very few people staying. Hotel manager lied to booking.com regarding issue resolution!
