Staff were brilliant Opur our chamber lady was lovely. Non and the restaurant team were friendly and conscientious and the sports chaps had us playing volleyball and playing with our kids.

Wonderful staff! Clean, spacious, bright room. Great pool and beach area. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Beach restaurant is nice as well. Shuttle to town and night market from the hotel.

We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them.

All good,only moan is they add 17% service and tax to all food and drink. Never experienced that ,it makes a130 but bottle of beer 152bht.I found it annoying,go to the beach bars and pay 70 but with no service or tax added.
But overall it’s a very nice hotel with large pool and very nice staff.
