Access to pools was easy
Great breakfasts,lots for each nationality to eat.
Room spacious, clean and had all you need from toiletries to coffee and tea and free water
After all the hype I was not very happy with the service at Kokulo Beach club restaurant/bar. Not sure if this is owned by hotel or run by another company. We were there for the lobster buffet!. We prebooked early as it's popular. Asked for some seats where we could also get a good view of the fire dancers. We arrived for the dinner and told our table was still occupied by drinkers from earlier in the day and they didn't want to tell them they needed to vacate the table! and we were moved to a table where other people hadn't turned up yet? So not sure if they arrived where would they sit( not a good start) anyway after seated no one came for drink orders or told us about the buffet...we certainly knew when everyone started moving fast to que up at the one lobster station ( small) lol. Long story short, they kept running out of food. Surely they have how many people had booked? Anyway after leaving we get a phone call at 12.15am saying we hadn't paid! Put it on my hotel account and hung up. Went to the hotel reception to talk about payment and found out we were charged as per the amount of people who the booking was originally booked for which was far more than two adults and a child. The were able to fix this a day later. So again not sure if hotel or subcontractor.

Beyond our expectation of service and hospitality from experienced hotel staffs. We really appreciate the birthday surprise in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast and the dinner were great. The sunset view from the beach in front of the hotel was truly stunning.
I had seen the hotel promoting facebook Ads 1-2 weeks before our arrival date. It’s not great value for money to book via Booking.com. The hotel's own packages are more affordable and include superior benefits. I’m a bit disappointed to find out I paid more.

Lovely modern hotel right on the beach with short walk into a busy town. Stayed in grand deluxe swim up room which was beautiful. Spent Easter night at the Kokulo beach club for their lobster buffet, well worth the money. Can totally recommend staying here.
