The staff make this hotel go from amazing to unbeatable. The hotel itself is excellent, facilities are very good, location is great with nice quiet vibe but walkable to Khao Lak if needed. But the highlight was absolutely the staff, nothing was too much trouble, they were all amazing with our kids, the whole place is so well set up and thought through for them, we already cant wait to come back!
The slide was closed for our visit which was a shame, we were informed in advance but was after we had booked. We understand that maintenance needs to happen and just means we will need to return to use it in future.

Location is very good, on a beach and near good restaurants
Getting rooms was delayed by hours, and not just to us, we saw it every day in the reception, cleaning was very bad and they’ve missed our room a few times!!
