The staff were amazing helped us such a lot with enquiries and they had a lovely dog !! Ate two evenings there and food was good when back on a motorbike tour will definately stay here again.

Location was amazing, view to the castle and mountains are top.
Pillows and mattress are a nightmare, very uncomfortable.
Staff was very unfriendly. We had half board for 3 persons and had to pay extra 7,50 for soup lunch time for our child (with already PAID half board), because “Kinder bekommen keine Vorspeisen“.. Whaaat? Soup in winter time for a child, was inklusive in half board menu for all!!Also you wait sooo long between courses and no salad bar at 4* hotel at all.
Staff also told, that we SHOULD buy drinks if we eat soup Jause. Very unfriendly and I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Also 0 activities for kids.
