The proximity to RNS Hospital was great and the room fee was very reasonable. We requested a room at the rear of the complex, which they gave us, & it was very quiet - no road noise from the Pacific Hwy. The room was quite small but warm (with A/C) & adequate. The bed was OK. The free, simple but filling, continental breakfast in the morning was a big plus as was the free parking with just a 5-10 minute walk to the hospital.
The shower head seal had a leak so sprayed a little but otherwise OK.

The staff accomodated our late check in request. The location was close to the Sydney Msrathon 2026 start. It was pretty cheap!
Upon entering the room we found a wall of air freshener. There were two (different fragrances) of the kind of air fresheners you plug to the wall.. for a 4x3m room! This level of fragrance is so unreasonable it actually gave us a headache after having it unplugged. Then various surfaces were sticky. I elected to sleep with long leggings and socks. Unfortunately the carpet also would need a deep cleaning. All in all it wasn't terrible, but can improve
