Absolutely beautifully presented, all the details were beautiful. The grounds are stunning, lovely places to walk & sit. Peaceful atmosphere. Felt like we were in England.
Great food in their restaurant. The vegetarian options were superior to the usual offerings.
Nothing really.
There was a problem with the central heating roaring in the middle of the night, but I just switched it off. Otherwise very peaceful.

The location, the grounds, the proximity to a beautiful golf course. The bones of the hotel are spacious & elegant however it is well overdue for a serious renovation.
The hotel is in need of a renovation. We stayed in one of the cabins which felt like the floor was subsiding. The entrance to this had us walking past another room which disturbed their privacy. The cleaning service seemed to only do half the job making us think they had left in a hurry. We were told there was an EV charger only to discover this meant a regular powerpoint. The Devonshire tea was stale.
