Great location right on the beach with access to a private section of beach which is very peaceful and quiet. Also is close to a pier, which seems to block lots of wind and flattens the water for this part of the beach.
Our room had a large balcony area with a hot tub which has curtains around for added privacy so you can sit and just enjoy the view out to sea. The restaurant was excellent with very knowledgeable and attentive staff. All in all, a great experience.

The hotel is nicely located between a lake and the Mediterranean.
The staff is friendly.

Great holiday destination for a couple of days on a private beach
We missed enough vegan options for lunch and dinner.
When we arrived, the receptionist did not inform us that we could park for free at their own parking and unfortunately we got a parking fine by the local police
They only have one restaurant as the two other oriental inspired restaurants are only used for private events

The property was located directly on the beach which was a great plus to go for a swim. Sunbeds and towels were also provided as well as a parking space during our stay. The breakfast was adequate.
Firstly, we did not get the same room as promised based on the photos attached to the room we booked on the Booking platform. Yes, the furniture was similar. The furniture set up was different though. For example, based on the Booking platform photos, the bed was placed opposite the balcony, directly looking at the sea view when waking up. And this is one of our reasons booking this hotel. In our case, the bed was placed sideways next to the balcony, a small, but important change in our opinion. When we addressed the photo difference the receptionist confirmed that the photos on the Booking platform were actually of the junior suite. Then, the receptionist asked us whether we would like to change to a junior suite with an extra fee, of course. I thanked the receptionist for the information and declined the offer. I asked whether they would update the photos on the platform as it is misleading. I didn’t get a solid answer.
Secondly, there was an issue with the balcony light for every single night. It would turn automatically in the middle of the night attracting mosquitos and waking us up. The balcony light switch would not work at times correctly. As a result, every single night we called the reception at midnight and during random morning hours to turn it off. Eventually, it was confirmed that there was probably a server/system error and they will investigate, but the information came through at our last night at the hotel. Not resolved quick enough to feel relaxed and content during night time to be honest.
Thirdly, the staff (except one person in the reception) was not that welcoming. Yes, people greeted us and answered our questions, but the atmosphere was not friendly, e.g. initiating a friendly smile, making us feel comfortable or making the effort to speak English and not use Google Translate. Feeling comfortable is necessary for us, especially for the amount of money spent during our stay.
