All staff were friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was clean & tidy. Facilities in bedrooms were very good (except TV)
Sea view. Quiet.
Internet TV poor - signal kept dropping interrupting programme viewing.

The sea view of Swanage and the cleanliness were excellent.
Two of the staff were terse.
The rest of the staff were great.
The Duck dish needed a cutting sauce rather than a gravy with nuts.
The breakfast toast wasn’t properly toasted, merely singed bread.
Otherwise the food was good.

Incredible view, helpful staff
Disappointing breakfast - little choice if you wanted continental (no meats/cheeses/) Dreadful sliced tasteless bread, limited preserves and cooked breakfasts not made fresh unless you chose certain things and then you had to pay a supplement. No ice available for water, which was lukewarm.
Bed was too small, no fridge in room or ironing board.

Amazing view and dinner was good
The receptionist was quite curt which upset our stay. The beds are tiny and if we were bigger than a size 14 I doubt we would have fit into the bathroom as the space between the shower door and wall is so tiny.
