We stayed for one night while traveling north from Tuscany and had a very comfortable stay. Our arrival was welcoming and easy, and our room was charming, with a nice combination of rustic character and modern comfort. The bathroom was particularly spacious.
The hotel is very conveniently located, only about a five-minute walk from the center of Chiusa, making it easy to walk into town for dinner. There was some street noise during the day and early evening, but it quieted considerably at night and did not cause us any problems sleeping.
Breakfast was very good, with a huge selection of cold items, several prepared hot dishes, and the option to make your own eggs. We certainly did not leave hungry!
The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, this was a very pleasant and comfortable stop on our journey north.
Parking took a little figuring out initially, but ultimately wasn’t difficult. There is also parking just outside the city gate for a daily fee. Travelers using that option should be aware that the parking needs to be renewed the following morning. From there, it is only a short walk with luggage into the city.

We had a great stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had lunch and diner at the hotel restaurant, it was delicious and they have a big outdoor terrasse. The breakfast was amazing, best one we had in hotels.
Fyi there is no free parking, you need to park in the paid public one (5€ per day) which is 1min walk away, pretty big and easy to park.
