Very, very, disappointed and feel very ripped off.

Location good. Spa bath good except for the infestation of ants in the bathroom.

Not enough crockery, cutlery, heating. Only two channels on the TV were acceptable. The rest were a blur. The dishes were dirty. Ant infestation in the bathroom. Stained carpet. Stained furniture. The bathroom skylight had obviously been leaking and all the paint and wallpaper was peeling off around it. I wish I had taken pictures. The night before we had stayed in a really luxury apartment for only $50 more. Very, very disappointed.

Suited our purpose.

Easy to find, off street parking, spacious rooms, good kitchen facilities, good heating, fresh milk.

Our shower had a sewer smell to it so was unusable, it was cleaned again but the smell lingered. We were on a roadside suite which was very noisy.

many beds but single beds are too small if you are big. the third room upstair can even be a room as it is only fence by a sliding door which you can heard every noise from downstair and even just walk pass by.

Avoid staying here do not recommend for families or anyone wanting somewhere clean and quiet to stay

Extremely noisy with guest drinking and smoking weed outside. The milk they gave us was curdled and everything in the kitchen was disgustingly dirty and oven door had not been cleaned in a very long time, had to clean everything in the kitchen cupboard before anything could be used as everything had food residue and was sticky, broken chairs outside so couldn't use them and couch was broken as well . Blood or something was on more than one wall. Top bedding has stains on them and rubbish under the beds. Cleaners serviced the room and broke a phone charger which had been put behind a bag so they must have moved the bag and stood on the charger they had no reason to be in that bedroom as they didn't bother making the bed. Told the manager and she didn't seem fazed by it , I requested that we do not have a service for the remainder of our stay (3 days) as we didn't want anything else broken and we would put our towels out to be changed but they ignored our request and did anyway. Bath and shower both needed a good scrub. Very disappointed in the service and condition of this motel which is a shame as I work as a cleaner at an assure motel so I know that this place does not live up to the standards that I expect from an assure motel. Will be passing on photo evidence. Definitely do not recommend staying here.

Lovely place to stay

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than expected and well equipped. Being close to a busy road, it was nice and quiet.

There was some minor maintenance issues with the room, but nothing that impacted our opinion of the place.

The unit was well laid out and good value however several of the dishes had food stuck to them, the couches were filthy and uncomfortable. There were stains on the floor that looked like blood. The TV was difficult to use and there were no instructions. Some damage that should be repaired including what looked like a punch hole in the bathroom door.

The room was far too noisy for our liking.

Close to the university. Helpful and friendly staff.

Sound proofing was a big part of the reason we booked at this motel as we were attending a conference and wanted a quiet room to rest. The advertised sound proofing must be of very poor quality because we could hear far too much noise from rooms both above and below us. For the price, we expected better. The rooms furniture etc was tired, and the carpet stained. The general location is noisy.
