We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed and mattress were excellent. The sheets and towels were always very clean and everything was well maintained. The resort is quite large, but the buggy service made getting around very easy. Whenever we called, they came quickly, and they were also very helpful with our luggage. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
There were only a few small things that could be improved. The TV in the room worked fine, but it felt a little outdated. It would be great to have a newer smart TV with easy iPhone screen mirroring, without needing to install an app or go through a complicated setup. We also had a nice bathtub, and it would have been great to have a small bath tray where you could put a drink or other things. Also, it would be nice if at least one of the pools, especially the one near the breakfast area, stayed open until around 9 pm so guests could enjoy it a little longer.

I think the property was amazing I came with my dad last week for a few days , the front desk was very very nice , breakfasts was great it was super peaceful highly recommend , only issue was sometimes I’d feel the people that drove us around to our rooms and etc were not too happy which I understand cuz I worked in the hospitality business but that be the only thing and it was minor nothing too crazy
I like pretty much everything the construction wasn’t fun but it was ok

It is an amazing, tranquil, peaceful resort built on a tropical hillside looking out to Karon beach, backed by mountains, giant rocks and seasonal waterfalls. It was early September- low season - and incredibly well-priced.
Not much. The main pool and health spa were being renovated but interruption was minimal. It will be even more amazing when it opens next week. The 4 other pools and relocated day spa were enough 😁
