convenient location and hood parking
very noisy in bar/sitting area at bottom of stairs until 1.30am , carrying up to bedroom. sullen , unfriendly staff. insult of a breakfast .

Breakfast was adequate and good value for money
The bathroom was very tired. Could have done with new grouting around the bath.

Well situated just outside the main tourist area bu within walking distance. Good breakfast included in price and restaurant seemed popular with locals although we didn't try it

Clean room, friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants. Convenient for our Santander ferry crossing.

Staff really friendly and hotel very clean
Dogs barking all night nothing to do with hotel admittedly but if they have not done as yet really need to complain to the locals that the dogs should be taken in at night

The included continental breakfast could be improved. No cereals were offered. The toasted bread was poor.

Great value hotel and half board very reasonable. Roof on my car was broken and the receptionist arranged for a tarpaulin and close parking to keep the car dry and safe overnight. Excellent service thank you.

Very nice place, great location close the Altamira caves and the town of Santillana. The property is pretty and clean and the staff if very nice.
