The hotel is close to the bullet train station and clean. The staff is mostly courteous and helpful. Th breakfast is excellent offering various foods.
The check in staff didn’t explain about self service amenities nor breakfast. When I asked, one was courteous while the other instructed me to come for breakfast between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. It starts at 6:30am and I usually have breakfast at 6 am due to my work. I was not impressed as guests have different schedule of activities.

The hotel is in reasonably close proximity to the station and suited me for my planned sight-seeing. The room was reasonably comfortable and the free Wi-Fi met expectations. Even though my overall view of the hotel is that it doesn't quite live up to its name, my stay was comfortable enough for my needs and everything that I needed was available.
I thought it a bit "clunky" that reception is on the 2nd floor - a real problem when a group is checking in and you just want to go to your room.

Good location near the Central station. Friendly staff.
Room, bed and bathroom very small. Breakfast quite mediocre in a not very pleasant room right beside the reception. Whole atmosphere in the hotel not very inviting. Typical Japanese business hotel, not well suited for tourists. Expensive for the quality they offer
