Of Hotel seems like a very hip place within the heart of Sendai. I really liked the friendly staff, the excellent coffe bar on the second floor and the sake bar in the basement which have both sake (nihonshu) and wine
This may very well be my own mistake, but I'd expected the rooms to be a little bit bigger than what they were. If you are 2 or 2+ I'll recommend going for one of their larger rooms since the common double room I stayed in with my travel partner got a bit small to times

The property is close to sendai station and the city center. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern.
The room was a bit small for two people and luggage, but ok for two nights.

Room was clean and the service was good.
The area of room was too small and the industrial theme gave an old look to the room. In the first go, it seems that the room is still under construction.
