Good location, some noise, friendly staff

Close to city centre and the sea

Garbage collection at 5:00am, glass blottles from nearby restaurants being tossed at 11:00pm. Wifi didn’t work in the rooms.

I was made to feel comfortable and very welcome!

Staff were very accommodating and efficient, including at the Reception, Bar/breakfast and the cleaning lady! Breakfast was perfectly good. The location is excellent, being only moments walk from either the old-town, the Port and its restaurants, as well as la diga by the beach, where I like to walk when in Grado. Car parking is understandably limited being right in the centre of the old-town, but very well managed (for a reasonable extra fee.)

Perhaps to have a second duvet available in these colder nights - rather than have to leave the air-conditioning running over-night. My cleaning lady soon furnished me with an additional duvet for the second night onwards, so that was sorted very quickly!

Can't recommend Grado, Hotel is clean but pricy

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful, one of them actually stays at the hotel and can be reached 24 hrs. Rooms are very outdated but clean.

Bathrooms, rooms, interior is very outdated but very clean. Our room 203 was directly at the street to the glass disposal and you can here the very loud crashing of glass the whole day AND night, even with closed windows/door. Breakfast is very poor: Breakfast lady was very annoyed by us having breakfast at 9:40 (ends at 10:00) buffet was empty but she prepared the food after asking (very annoyed, unpatient and pouting). American coffee was instant and not drinkable. Hair on the cheese, no milk. Terrace for breakfast is very small and you actually sit at the street, inside is no fan or AC, so really hot.

Great location and staff, but an old hotel that needs renovation

Great location and friendly staff that also helped us with parking right at the hotel. Walking distance to everything in Grado. The breakfast was nice as well. The view from the balcony was nice.

Everything in the hotel is "aged" and there is some "old smell" in the entire building. Water pressure in the bathroom is also very low and the AC only works so-so.

Pleasant hotel close to the beach

The hotel is very pleasant. The room and balcony spacy and comfortable. The morning capuccino wonderful. The beach is rather close, approximately in 7 minutes walking distance.

The wifi signal in our room was weak.
