По перше - новий ремонт і нові меблі.
По друге - наявність великої красивої кухні на першому поверсі з новим гарним посудом і посудомийною машиною.
По трете - наявність кавової машини , це так мило, адже це 3х зірковий отель. Всі кондиціонери тихі і суперові. Біля готелю велика міська парковка, ми заплатили за день на платному місці і потім змогли зайняти безкоштовне місце. Авто нам не знадобилось - все в максимум 10 хвилинах. Персонал і власники дуже привітні. Ціна була єдина нам доступна.
Ще трохи донаповнять номери - якісь крючки, полиці в ванній. Але це дрібниці.

We stayed here for three nights and everything was perfect for us.
The location is excellent — only about a 5-minute walk from the city centre, but still in a quiet area away from the busiest streets. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a lovely fresh scent. Everything felt new, modern and tastefully renovated, with a simple and pleasant style.
There is a shared kitchen and dining area downstairs. The rooms do not have a private fridge, but there is a shared refrigerator where guests can keep water and other items. For our three-night stay, this worked perfectly well for us.
The owner was very kind and provided us with all the necessary information before our arrival, which made check-in easy and stress-free.
It would be helpful to have some liquid hand soap in the bathroom.

Uns haben die neuen, modern eingerichteten Zimmer und die zentrale Lage sehr gefallen.
Es gibt auch eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Ideal um sich ein Frühstück oder andere Kleinigkeiten zubereiten zu können.
Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter für die schöne Zeit in Grado.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
