Hotel was pleasant, and breakfast was very nice. All the staff were super helpful with all our questions, we had many!

The old town is really lovely, with some very quaint restaurants.
Transport from the ferry is very easy on bus 37 but we didn’t know on the way to the hotel and we walked 30 mins with our luggage.
Only one suggestion, information about the transport options to the hotel would be helpful.
Beaches in Grado are very shallow (knee to waist deep) and most of them are paid, except on very east and west ends.

The hotel is very classy and clean. The staff are very kind and communicative. They also have a small game room next to dinning table with the tv and sofa. The breakfast they serve is always fresh and enough for everyone.☺️

(+) Great location - just 5 minutes to the beach and Despar grocery, and 15 minutes walk to Grado town center
(+) Very hospitable and friendly staff
(+) Full breakfast with variety of food and drinks
(+) Tidy rooms with balcony & AC, cleaning service every day
(+) Own parking lot behind the hotel building (at extra 10€ per day) or free street parking (at designated areas)
(+) Beach space can be chosen, booked and paid directly at the hotel (25€ per day for set of two beds and umbrella ), otherwise online or at the beach entrance
(-) Hotel rooms overall quite seasoned and acoustics needs to improved (loud doors and noise from the corridor)
(-) Shower tap in the bathroom whistled and creaked when idle (needs repair or replacement), cabin leaked with no good sealing by the wall
