Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very helpful, caring and attentive, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind, with a calm atmosphere and not too many people. We especially appreciated the activities organized for children, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our family. The SPA is truly top-level — beautifully maintained, relaxing and very professional. A wonderful experience overall!

La position géographique par rapport au départ des randonnées. Le confort de la chambre, du lit. Le restaurant et les vins. La vue côté montagne et rivière.
Le SPA est interdit aux non nudistes à partir de 17H. Étant non nudiste le personnel m'a obligé à quitter le SPA à environ 17H30 alors qu'il y avait qu'une seule personne dans le SPA. Cet élément n'est pas présenté suffisamment en début d'annonce des services de cet hôtel, avant la réservation (il est présenté enfin d'annonce dans une langue étrangère...). Il devrait être présenté en haut et en gras de l'annonce que : "Le SPA est strictement réservé aux nudistes à partir de 17H". Ce serait plus clair et comme sur les plages réservées aux nudistes, je n'aurai certainement pas réservé cet hôtel pour ne pas être embêté dans l'usage des services. 17H est trop tôt par rapport au retour de randonnées. 19H aurait été nettement mieux. J'ai donc payé un SPA que je n'ai pus utiliser car l’hôtel manque de clarté et d'engagement sur ce sujet de nudisme.
